- Cabinet Size Verification: Prior to opening the box containing your cabinets, we strongly advise you to double-check the dimensions to ensure they match your requirements accurately.
- Clearance Merchandise Policy: Clearance merchandise is sold on a final sale basis. Absolutely no returns or exchanges are permitted for clearance items.
- Returns and Exchanges: All returns or exchanges must be initiated within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date, accompanied by the original invoice, and the merchandise must be in its original condition. A restocking fee equivalent to 20% of the total amount of merchandise will be charged for returns resulting in a refund.
- Transaction Fees: For all returns or exchanges processed via credit or debit cards, a transaction fee of 6% of the original total amount will be applied.
- Product Condition for Returns/Exchanges: We do not accept returns or exchanges for any merchandise that has been opened, damaged, used, assembled, or fabricated, including cabinetry, quartz, and stone products.
- Solid Wood Kitchen Cabinets Disclaimer: Hairline cracks, also known as non-structural hairline cracks, may occur in solid wood kitchen cabinets due to natural expansion or contraction caused by changes in weather or moisture levels. These cracks are common and do not affect the structural integrity of the cabinets.
- Stone Countertops Color Matching: Customers are responsible for double-checking all colors of the stone countertops before installation. It is the customer’s responsibility to inform sales representatives if they require stone countertops from the same batch when joining pieces together. Variations in color may occur between different batches of stone countertops, and Eastern Construction Supplies Inc. does not assume any liability for discrepancies resulting from the use of mixed-batch stone countertops.

All products are sold on an ‘as-is’ basis, and the buyer acknowledges liability for product quality and any potential costs associated with repair or replacement.
